I’ve been going to Schambeau for almost 20 years. That speaks for itself. Ronda Hicks always there for our family with all of our needs and concerns and makes sure all goes well. Of course, Dr. Schambeau and staff are excellent.
They were the best! Explained my misfortune the same morning I was in the chair! Great customer service! The entire office actually care about your well being. I do have peace with this dentist taking care my daughter and I. Since we switch, overall dental health is outstanding, until you take a bite out of something harder than your teeth. Lesson learned
I love each and every experience when I go to dr Schambeau’s office .... always greeted with smiles and embraces ..I look forward to seeing Rhonda at the front desk and catching up on our visits and Jade is totally awesome she is the best hygienist I have ever had . As noted in the review title, the experience at Schambeau Dental Care was exceptional. The staff that answer the telephone as well as those who greet you upon entering their practice is nothing short of amazing. The staff who performed the thorough and comprehensive dental cleaning, was again, extraordinary. Dr. Schambeau extended to me a degree of professionalism and care that was impressive. Staff is very friendly, professional, and caring. Absolutely, no wait time. I didn't get a chance to sit and wait. It was awesome. Dr. Schambeau is by far one of the BEST dentists I have encountered here in Birmingham. Great chair side manners. You have to love them! Upfront to the point and honest. I highly recommend this office for any and all of your family dental needs. You will not be sorry, thank me later.
