We had an issue with reduced flow in a couple of faucets and toilets. *************************** and his helper ******* figured out the problem with the water softener immediately and were able to correct the issue. They had all the parts needed, worked efficiently, and were very knowledgeable on the issue. Very happy with their service and they cleaned up the area like they were never there.

My AC shut off completely Dec 31st, and the on call service tech **************** responded to my home to address all of my concerns. ****** was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional in his role. Im happy to say I will be suggesting Comfort Air to anyone who asks for and AC/Heating company. Im impressed with the response and service provided by ****** at my on call appointment!

The unit in my condo started to freeze and stopped blowing hot air when cool weather came in - I do think both units were here the beginning. I called a few companies for estimate and Comfort Air Engineering was the most affordable. They installed my furnace and replaced ac outside. The guys were working through the rain and were so polite and cordial. I am so happy with my units and my bill. Thank you *****, ******, *****, and the two gentlemen that were here for two days.

I had a serious plumbing leak that took a few visits to repair. ****** ***** and **** with Primo were amazing and very good at what they do. They explained things to me through the entire process and never got frustrated at all of my questions. They went above and beyond on the repairs and the extras. They repaired little things when I asked that were not in their original scope of work. Their work is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. Fixed the issue that another company missed- ****** explained the issue throughly and showed me pictures and videos of the issue. Would definitely hire again and refer this company

We were out of the country when our ac went out. Our daughter and 3 dogs were home during triple digit temperatures. We contacted 4-5 different ac companies and no one was able to come the same day except Comfort-Air. They arrived on time, accessed the issue, made the repairs and verified there were no other problems. The house was out of *********** than 24hrs. We were ecstatic - THANK YOU!!
