RecommendedOnce again I needed some AC work done to my unit and it was fixed perfectly at a reasonable & fair price. Very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for whatever your HVAC needs.
I made the huge mistake of buying a new system from another company. In less than a month the new system stopped working. I called comfort air and a young and very efficient technician named Diego diagnosed the problem. The new unit was overloading and tripping the breaker. He was able to repair it immediately. Comfort Air is a little higher than most AC companies but they are worth it. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Great Commendation to Travis and Jeff for today’s service. The inverter went out today. An in warranty repair but warehouse closed. But these two magicians got the third party warehouse to open, got the part, installed and cooling on a Saturday PM. 101 degree day so Comfort Air is great. PS this is our second unit from them and I know where I’ll go if we need a third.

My AC wasn't working, so I called a company in Bulverde. Their tech came out and told me I had a lemon unit and repairs were a waste of money. He recommended I replace my unit completely. That's when I called Comfort-Air to get a second opinion. Brandon came out a few hours later. He made the repair in less than 30 minutes and recharged my system. Excellent service! From the beginning with the initial quote for a new AC system and all ductwork, etc., to the installation and servicing of the unit - Comfort Air is top-knotch!! Very friendly, prompt service, and I like that the technicians email me a digital receipt of the work order. I recommend them for all your AC needs!
Big thanks to Comfort Air last night-- My wife and I were out of town on a weekend getaway while the kids were at home with grandparents. We landed at our connecting flight on the way home to 10 straight emails from our new system installed last year with an error code about the compressor not getting voltage. A big thanks to Mr. Brad Sobotik and service technician Maziar Javazmi for getting my A/C back on it's feet late on a Friday afternoon. Both of these gentlemen are very knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Their customer service is second to none; I'll definitely have Comfort-Air back for HVAC service again. Highly recommended.
