My well pump went out and my water storage tank ran out of water. Therefore, my booster pump ran dry and overheated. This led to a leak in *** pipes at the booster pump. ***** and his associate came over ready to take care of business. They completely replaced all the *** with copper pipe! This is the best plumbing job Ive ever experienced and it will definitely outlast last my lifetime. I called Comfort-Air to make an appointment for them to come to my house as soon as possible as my inside A/C unit was leaking a lot of water on the floor. Comfort-Air scheduled my appointment for that afternoon. The customer service was excellent. The Service Call at my church was very prompt. The Office Personnel were very polite and helpful. The Service Technician (*********************) was courteous and knowledgably. He kept me informed as the work progressed and left the work site clean. I will be using Primo Plumbing again for my church issues as well as at home.
