The agent himself said he couldn't explain to me why my budget bill went up. He was not helpful. Then told me that If I went off budget billing. I would owe the $302 on top of my current next month's bill. Awful people not helpful at all.
Didn’t realize billing wasn’t sending bills out for a few months and just now started to send them out. Had auto payments set up and I know it’s on us to check but one would assume a company would do their job right? Wrong! Customer service is a joke “we can set up a payment plan for u” seriously? U guys messed up (this isn’t the first time) and the people using ur services r constantly getting screwed over. I called Com Ed because last week I got a total of five bills. Three said I owed nothing. Then I got two bills on Friday. They both said I owed money for the same month. I requested to speak to a representative in person. I got informed that I couldn't speak to a representative in person , there was no representative in Dixon for me to talk to.
