Bill nearly doubled. Clearly its summer but when I call to speak with a rep the call lasted 55 min. 50 of those minutes I was on hold and the 5 spent talking to a rep she couldn't answer any questions and placed me on hold again. That's the representation I get for over $400 a month?

We have a new build house and was trying to get them to set up our account for months. We hadn't received a bill since January, was told they wouldn't back date us. Low and behold, July we received a bill for nearly $1,500. We reached out because the bill says the meter was read between 6/2-7/2, but there was absolutely no way we generated that much energy. Turns out they are backdating us and the bill was written incorrectly. Now we have to pay $1500 out of no where.
