We have a new build house and was trying to get them to set up our account for months. We hadn't received a bill since January, was told they wouldn't back date us. Low and behold, July we received a bill for nearly $1,500. We reached out because the bill says the meter was read between 6/2-7/2, but there was absolutely no way we generated that much energy. Turns out they are backdating us and the bill was written incorrectly. Now we have to pay $1500 out of no where.
It is the year 2025. Please figure out how to do auto payment. It’s not that difficult.
The agent himself said he couldn't explain to me why my budget bill went up. He was not helpful. Then told me that If I went off budget billing. I would owe the $302 on top of my current next month's bill. Awful people not helpful at all.
