absolutely fantastic to work with. reached out around 7pm on a Wednesday, got a prompt response and inspection completed by 12 pm and inspection in hand by 2pm the next day!!!! very thorough, and made sure we understood everything he noted. I wasn't able to attend, however more than willing to allow me to text them a few concerns which they took extra time inspecting.
Matt was great!!! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a very thorough inspection. Also need to mention that he takes really good care of us veterans. So if your a vet doing a VA home loan call him up. He will take great care of you. Thank you for doing such a great job Matt and for making Ashley and I even more happy with our home buying experience.
