RecommendedMatt did our new to use home inspection Wednesday 7/10/20 and got us on the schedule within a few days of calling. did a nice thorough job, was very informative with us also during the process. Thanks for your assistance Matt, our last inspector didnt do such a good job as we got to replace our AC 2 days after we moved in.. not sure he even looked at it and it was 18 yrs old.. appreciate all the insight during and after the inspection, and also the recommendations for items we talked about.
Matt is extremely thorough, very personable and patient. He pays a lot of attention to little details and explains them simply. If I ever move again, I'll hire him for sure.

Matt does an awesome job and is very thorough. He spends a good amount of time looking everything over really well and pays a ton of attention to detail. He did such an amazing job on our first house that I knew I had to hire him for our second house and once again he did a fantastic job. Every house I buy locally will be inspected by Matt, there’s no question about it!
