Matt is extremely knowledgeable and well versed with all aspects of home building styles and materials used. I found him to not only identify problems, but was able to explain why it was a problem. Combs Home Inspection is the best value out in the marketplace by far!! I used him to go thru my home I actually live in, just to be pre emptive in making repairs before they would become problematic. I would recommend him with no hesitations!!! Great Job Mr. Combs!!!
We just had an inspection completed. He was able to get us in quick and was awesome! Price was perfect and got a great inspection report back included with lots of pictures. We have a very attached seller to the home and Matt was super kind and patient to her. He spent time explaining things to my husband. I cannot say enough great things!! Recommended 100%
We used Combs Home Inspections with Matt today and he is absolutely amazing. He answered all kinds of questions and was incredibly honest about everything on the report. Hopefully we don’t need to buy another house, but if we did we would definitely hire Matt again. I’ll be telling everyone about him!
Matt was right on time for our appointment. He updated us throughout the inspection on the things he would be adding to the inspection and why. He was very thorough and we even had a copy of our inspection the same day. One thing that stood out to me was how he didn't just tell us the bad but also showed us the things that were in peak condition and how to maintain that. I actually learned a few things throughout the inspection. Thank you Matt !
Just had a condo I am in the process of purchasing and Matt did an excellent job. For a first-time buyer like me, he explained everything throughly and completely. I would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection done!
