There is definitely... (Verified Renter) There is definitely a parking issue, making it nearly impossible for visitors. Additionally, the charge for cable is irritating, especially if you don't want it. There is a large pine tree near the garbage compactor. The tree blocks vision and makes it dangerous to pull into the flow of traffic. I'm fearful of being hit because I can't see cars approaching.

Stay away! Don't rent here this complex is a joke. We have been here for about 3 months now, and regret every second of it. Getting maintenance to do anything would be a miracle. If you get a package delivered it goes to the office, because the numbering on the units is so confusing the delivery guys can't find anything. Once your package is delivered to the office, they WILL lose it. the are 3 for 3 on my packages. Once I called corporate though they mysteriously showed up.
