Stay away! Don't rent here this complex is a joke. We have been here for about 3 months now, and regret every second of it. Getting maintenance to do anything would be a miracle. If you get a package delivered it goes to the office, because the numbering on the units is so confusing the delivery guys can't find anything. Once your package is delivered to the office, they WILL lose it. the are 3 for 3 on my packages. Once I called corporate though they mysteriously showed up. I like my... (Verified Renter) I like my apartment but am disappointed by the noise I can hear from the unit above me and their garage which is next to my living room. There is very minimal sound insulation in my ceiling and walls. My ceiling creaks when they are just walking around. I can hear their voices, telephone, sneezing. If they are in their garage next to my living/bath room wall, it sounds like they're in the room with me. The lack of sound insulation is very surprising.

Best apartment community We were in need of a home at last minutes notice. Tonya here at the Columns was able to get us into our new home in less than 2 hours, with no notice what so ever. The people in this community are very friendly and treat you like you have lived here forever. The apartments are very nice, very spacious and quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. Premises are clean, neat and well taken care of. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this community to everyone!
Apartment The apartment is quaint, with very nice carpet and the stucco style walls give it a more luxury feel. The best part is the staff, as they make it feel like a community rather than a job to them. They are very good at what they do.
Wonderful community I love living here! I moved in 6 months ago and have been so happy. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and easily. It feels like living in a condo or town home rather than an apartment. Kids ride their bikes, people walk their dogs and everything is very safe. The pool and clubhouse are very well maintained offering a resort like feel. Great walking trails and lovely pond. Easy access to the interstate while still having a quiet, neighborhood-like feel.
