The property needs... (Verified Renter) The property needs to be dressed up a little bit better. Garbage does pile up at the dumpster way to often which causes unsightly conditions. The landscaping, mulching and missing tree replacement needs much better improvement.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because Abbey did such a splendid job explaining and showing everything. She was splendid. Abbey was very detailed about going over everything before my husband and I could ask any questions. We had looked at other communities and Abbey customer service was just awesome! Compared to the other communities which I rather not even mention. My husband and I would like to tell her thank you again with making our choice very comfortable to select.

You should take... (Verified Renter) You should take away the cable charges...in almost 1.5 years of stay i watched cable probably 10 times...that is complete waste of of around a thousand dollars.
