Parking is an... (Verified Renter) Parking is an extreme problem. It is sometimes difficult to get out of my driveway because of parking. Lately it has been worse. Some people literally park on the side of the street as you enter the complex.

I am surprised that the resident is not present when doing a final walk through etc to discuss any discrepancy in the return of the deposit which I have yet to receive back. I also found it quite alarming that the only documentation was my contact information was written on a post it note and the keys placed on top of it.

The only issues I had were when I had a leak in the roof after hours and I never received a response to my car and during move out which wasn’t the managers fault. My move out report and balance were lost in the mail and I was sent to collections.
