Parking is an... (Verified Renter) Parking is an extreme problem. It is sometimes difficult to get out of my driveway because of parking. Lately it has been worse. Some people literally park on the side of the street as you enter the complex.
Everything was a... (Verified Renter) Everything was a great experience except as I mentioned above when turning in keys and garage door opener. I am surprised that the resident is not present when doing a final walk through etc to discuss any discrepancy in the return of the deposit which I have yet to receive back. I also found it quite alarming that the only documentation was my contact information was written on a post it note and the keys placed on top of it.
we are a... (Verified Renter) we are a little disappointed with the heating, I know there has been some cold weather, but our furnace runs and runs and worried about a high electric bill, really don't understand how your all's heat system works.
