The amenities are... (Verified Renter) The amenities are lacking. Other communities offer tennis,basketball,dog parks etc... here we have a play ground that honestly is out dated. The rent is too high for what you get. Will probably not stay another year. I can rent a house cheaper in the area.

A little high... (Verified Renter) A little high after forcing cable and some shared utilities. Bathroom tubs, fireplace need updated or repaired. I would recommend to friends and family!
