A very disappointing experience at a very high price. If you are thinking of going here, read the reviews and ask LOTS of questions before committing. They assessed my family member as needing a medical detox from alcohol and directed him to return the day following the assessment for admission to their Substance Abuse Unit. They really care about your wellbeing. We were given numerous sessions to learn how to manage our illnesses. Mine being bipolar 1. We were taught about being mindful and many ways to relax in healthy ways. I went in full of anger and rage and came out feeling like someone listened to what I have to say. With hope that I am gonna make it. I was a difficult person at first as they were changing my medication. The staff was patient and helpful in making the stay productive and successful.

I'm giving DS one star because I did not die there. Otherwise I would give it no stars at all. I am 64 years old and disabled. I was there because of addiction to prescription drugs. I was expected to keep up with 19 year olds for 16 hours every day. One certain therapist, Casey, was a joke. She wasn't through with her addiction "journey" herself. Horrifying.I was impatient for Suicidal Ideation and ess successfully rehabilitated from those wishes I had for myself.I was then Partially Hospitalized that also went well ,towards the end the front office woman who I will allow to remain anonymous because for whatever reason she began to become rude towards the end of my treatment.Dublin Springs seemed legit until office staff started acting like they run a prison towards patients.The third and what was supposed to be my final treatment w as Horrific.I was released from P.... read more

The facility is new & very nice. I agree with the other reviews that the group therapy sessions were often run by students with no experience; big waste. The nurses here were great but they are SO understaffed. The nurses are the most important part of the recovery process. I know since I've been to other in patient facilities. I was put on a medication I told the Psychiatrist I didn't want to take but he didn't care. He didn't seem to care about me at all. Not the best experience but not the worst.
