Worst place ever to send a loved one who has mental health needs. More of a detox place and my family members did not need that. She went for mental health  I’m not understanding how you can be labeled a mental health facility but treated more like a detox place They sent me to the Dublin location when she was actually on the east side then her follow up appointments were made all the way up Polaris when we live closer to the east side area and they sent her her follow up appointment which was scheduled at the wrong location... read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone who under the age of 24. Men of any age are on the floor with young women 18-24 and a men walked in on a patient while in the shower and was ignored. The your lad was deemed crazy and the staff didn’t respect her response and concerns of feeling unsafe in this facility. Also her patient right were violated when requesting an AMA and the PSA s told her they don’t acknowledge AMA’s in their facilities and threaten the patient with a shot to make her go to sleep.

I was a patient here over Easter. A female patient was assaulted and sent to the emergency department. Staff did nothing. This place is not safe. Go elsewhere. My control drugs were also stolen along with other property.

There are no words for this place. Insane. If I could do a minus rating, I would. This place caused more damage to my daughter then being on the wrong medicine. We will never enter this place again. No one listens. She had stuff stolen, saw something code, had the doctor laugh and tell her this is not a safe place...yet they will not listen to her. Do not take you loved one here. NEVER.

Unable to give zero stars!!!! Absolutely the worst! They Absolutely lied about "assessment ". Quotes written down were flat out lies! Grandson son waited 2 weeks to even voluntarily go in for out-patient therapy and was kept against his will!!! Keeping him for 72 "court hours" with "no doctors in facility on weekend"! I would not take anyone to Columbus Springs Dublin for anything! It took my grandson 3 years to agree to talk to someone to help him process his thoughts! I have called them now 5 times to try to get assessed and admitted to a program. Every time I have to go through the same maddening questions again and they tell me theyll call me back which they never do. I even had my therapist call on my behalf this morning to try to get some traction. They lied to him, told him they'd assess me, and then told me I'd have to wait. This is literally insane for a place that is supposed to help people in need.

As a police Officer, my wife and I took my daughter to get help with depression. The WORST experience with a hospital I've ever encountered in over 20 years of service. The social workers are an absolute joke in my professional opinion and I will never suggest to anyone in crisis to go here. As part of the crisis intervention team (CIT), your local ER will serve you much better. DO NOT GO HERE!!
