I live in Illinois and my sister was having a cardiac procedure done. I called to just find out if she was ok because I’ve been worried all day. Whomever I spoke with wouldn’t tell me anything. On the website it says doctors or recovery nurses can use their professional judgment and could have told me that my sister was ok but I had to wait all day until my other sister, who lives in Seymour, and also wasn’t on her chart as a contact, called and was told the surgery was a success and she’s staying overnight to be monitored. ... read more
They have radiologists on staff, but they send out the results to be read by an outside source. I had my annual lung scan (it's supposed to be $25.00, and they don't bill the insurance), but they fail to tell you that they send them out, so you end up with a surprise bill! I will make sure that this doesn't happen again!
I wouldn't take my worst enemy here. Got questions? Don't bother asking, you will not get answers. I am guessing it is going to take an attorney and depositions.

If I were able to give less than 1 star, I would. My husband surprised me with a getaway for my birthday and brought me to Brown County. He suffered in pain and fever that began the night before the day we were to leave for the trip.
