I went to the er in pain like 100 and my Dr told me to go and I waited 3 hours so I left

My daughter came I'm yesterday for same day surgery and the staff was wonderful. I'm not good with names but my daughters surgical was kaitlyn. She was a hoot and she was able to keep my daughter calm. Her recovery nurse, marlin, is very professional and so sweet. He calmed her down and fed her jello and she was tickled pink. Thank you for the great experience and keep up the good work....
ER...Disturbing words from a nurse that was over heard through the curtain. No sense of urgency. Poor prioritizing. Possible broken bone sat for 3 hrs. Thank goodness it was not broke.
