I had outpatient surgery a couple weeks ago and it was my first time at this hospital. It was the best experience i have ever had at a hospital. And that has been alot. They were all very thorough and guidedme and my family thru the whole procedure. Everyone was so nice and comforting. Every single one . Even the phone call the next day for the follow up. Its comforting to know that their are good hospitals. Iam from franklin and choose to drive to columbus from now on. Thank you all for taking such good care of me .

Everyone was very nice and was respectful except the one lady that was actually taking me back to my room. She seemed very rude and mean when a gentleman was offering me a wheelchair since I was having issues walking. She got mouthy with him and stated that I was just going right here in a very rude tone of voice.
