Ian is amazing very knowledgeable in such a difficult time. He went above and beyond, never got frustrated when explaining things (more than a couple times lol) he did a great job highly recommend him for anyone. Even after we closed he still answers all my questions and he respond so quickly. He’s a breath of fresh air in this crazy market

Curtis was very knowledgeable of the local market conditions and demonstrated great ability in getting the information we asked him to. We could ask an important question and if Curtis didn't know it he'd call the listing agent right there to confirm.

Curtis was beyond great to work with. Professional, responsive, and insightful. He made the process extremely easy and even recommended I look at a home that I had seen online and written off. I went because of his recommendation and by the end of the day I made an offer on the house he thought I needed to see. Which blew my picks out of the water. 12/10

We had a very tight timeframe to find a Condo and close on the purchase. Liz, as the buyers agent, was able to locate a very nice property and help us negotiate a fair deal with the seller. Liz was really responsive and helpful through the entire process.

Matthew was a great realtor as a first time home buyer! Matthew was very informative and honest through the whole process. As a first time home buyer, my partner and I had so many questions, and he was always willing to answer. Matthew is a highly dedicated realtor who helped us find our first home within three weeks in the middle of a really competitive and difficult market. I would definitely use him again!
