Chelsey was so amazing to work with. She made the process easy, and kept my stress at bay! She is so kind, and was always a text or phone call away for any questions I had. I even asked her about paint colors for my sons room! She even took the time to get to know my little one. He is obsessed with dinosaurs, and at closing she brought him a stuffed dino that he sleeps with now. I cannot recommend her enough. For anyone thinking about buying, call her! Niko recently represented us with selling our home. We were being relocated and were given a short month to relocate. I can’t praise Niko enough as he knew what it took as far as marketing our house and getting the views we needed to sell in such a short period of time. While getting in contract ASAP was one tall task, Niko didn’t stop there. Niko went above and beyond when it came to closing. With relocating things get hectic and messy and Niko did everything in his power to facilitate a smooth closing experience for all!

I highly recommend selecting Niko Coombs as your real estate agent. I was referred to him by another real estate agent/investor and it worked out so well. As an out-of-state investor, I was most concerned about finding a real estate agent that I could trust. Niko was great.
