What an amazing experience we have had with our realtor Mandy Goetzke. She is wonderful at what she does. And it helps so much when your realtor just gets what you are looking for. It is the little things that make it the most memorable when you find your perfect new home ). She made it all very special for us and we truly recommend her expertise, her professionalism, and her knowledge. She is truly amazing!

I highly recommend Jerry for anyone buying or selling a home. He did an outstanding job helping us find a home in the Columbus area. (We were moving from Wisconsin.) He was available to answer all of our questions and respond quickly to everything that needed to be done. Jerry definitely went above and beyond in this home buying process and is one of the most professional realtors we encountered in this move. We would give Jerry more stars if we could. We also feel that we have a new friend for life in Jerry

What can I say about Niko? We will never work with another realtor again. Niko is THE best realtor in Columbus, Ohio and we recommend him 1000%! We had such a great experience from the first call to the closing table, even to the extent of helping us find a property manager for our condo. He listened to our every need and treated us like family and made sure he answered every single one of our questions no matter how many times we needed clarification. Niko was super helpful throughout the whole process of us buying our first home. Set us up with our lender, gave great recommendations for homes to look at, and helped us find an inspector as well. He maintained a positive attitude every time we spoke on the phone or met in person. His willingness to work around our schedule for showings really made him stand out above any other realtor we considered before meeting him.

Niko was great. There were a few changes to the contract and he always got those to us quickly. We bought my parents home so the search was easy but it was our first time buying a home and he made it bearable :)

I was relocating to the Columbus area and found Jared through an online search. We communicated for several weeks and he assured me that he could find a house within my budget and within my needs. Jared could care less about his clients. All he cares about is making the biggest commission possible. The houses he showed me were out of my budget and not at all what I needed. Again, he is quite unprofessional and has no business dealing with buyers or sellers.

Mandy was a huge help in my process of looking for a home. She was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. I felt comfortable around her the very first time I met with her. Although we had issues with closing on our first home, we ran into a few bumps and she was able to make a very stressful situation a little less stressful. She stuck to her word and in the end made a bad situation into the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Mandy if your in search of buying a home!

We just closed on a property with Niko being our agent (buyer's agent). Niko understands the needs of investors and often sends us good deals. He's very familiar with the various subdivisions of the local market, extremely hardwork, responsive, and thorough.
