Great place to live. Super management and maintenance people.
It's about time that I give a 5-star review to Columbia View Apartments. I've lived here since January, 2016. The buildings are new - everything is new! The property is kept clean, the amenities (gym, pool, etc.) are great, the property management staff is accessible, and the maintenance staff is visible. Great place.
I stopped by Columbia View a few weeks ago while apartment hunting. They didn't have anything available at that time but the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The rental office was beautiful and I got to see some samples of the materials like countertops and flooring used in the units. Even one of their current tenants stopped and told me it was a great place to live. This place is definitely at the top of my list when they have something open up!
Great location and the community building is fabulous!
