I love my 2 bedroom apartment with awesome new amenities! The staff is very friendly, and when in need of repair, the maintenance people are there to help immediately. A great place to live!
Drove 3 hours from Seattle after being told they had availability, get there and then they tell me they have nothing to show me and that everyone moves in sight unseen. Beware! Sounds like they're just trying to collect application fees!
So much a home! Kids live the playground & basketball court, husband loves the gym and I love the homey interior as well as the pool!
I have called Columbia View home since shortly after they opened the first building. My daughter and I have attended 2 of the Saturday breakfasts. The management provided a wonderful assortment of items (coffee, juice, muffins, etc....) in a warm environment. They are super friendly and helpful. Not only do they provide monthly news letters but we received a sweet Christmas gift from them. They have given quick response to concerns regarding safety of children playing on the grounds.
