Columbia View completely exceeded our apartment-living expectations! We fell in love with our unit: the high ceilings, the view, the appliances, the space. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. The office management, staff, and the maintenance team were all absolutely wonderful and helped us with any and all requests we had. We highly recommend.

Great location, great staff, and a great place to live. I walked into the rental office and they didnt have anything available for almost 2 months. I took my apartment sight unseen and I could not be happier!
My husband and I have lived at Columbia View for almost a year now and we absolutely love it! Management is friendly and welcoming. It’s a pretty quiet community! We plan on staying here for awhile! And the pricing of the apartments are very reasonable considering how nice they are!
Columbia view is an amazing place to live. It’s beautiful greenery and landscaping. The staff have been extremely nice and maintenance is always on top of it. I recommend Columbia view.
The apartments are quite and peaceful with a good sense of community. I believe the best in Vancouver.. Taylor the apartment manager went above and beyond helping us. The whole managment and employees even the maintenance are friendly and pleasure to deal with..

Super big apartments, brand new everything! The pool is amazing and the staff is ridiculously helpful and nice! I would give 5 stars if the parking situation was a little better. Other than that, awesome place to live! I have never felt so safe!
