The quality of care has exceeded my dental expectation at Green Apple Dental. Dr. Bird has been extremely courteous and professional, but also very genuine and warm. I really like Dr. Bird's sincere interest in my concerns and he made sure I understood what he would be doing and why, and any related issues or future considerations that might be involved. My total experience was almost an A+. Mostly because I am a tough critic but also because I do not like elevators. I parked in the validated parking but had to walk down a flight of stairs to avoid the elevator. Also, I would have liked to get a nice tv screen above the chair like my old dentist had. I won't go back to my old dentist since he does not carrry my insurance as well as he's a total jerk. The Dr. Valentine was very calm and I think he did take a lot of patience and time with my visit. Green Apple Dental was a great find for my family. I needed several small fillings and my husband wanted to finally get his wisdom teeth taken care of. The fees here are very affordable and not only are they reasonable they had lots of added touches to make the whole dental experience feel not so much like a "dental experience". Dr. Kang was very gentle and I will go back again. I also know they are open on weekends, fyi.
1 root canal, 2 fillings and 3 cleanings at this office and still I have not had complaints of any services. Professional and charming doctor, pleasing assistants and staff. A+
Not only is the office beautiful and comfortable, everyone who works there is friendly and does a great job. Their chairs are made of that memory foam, so it's actually a treat to sit in them! . I've gone for years now, and every dentist and assistant is very kind and sensitive to my concerns and feelings. After visiting a series of bad dentists (teeth not really clean, rude or lacking service), I'm so glad I found a place I'm happy with. I have recommended them to everyone I know.
Love the fact that an actual dentist performs the cleaning. At other dentist offices, the hygenist performs cleaning.When I originally set the appointment, the receptionist just took the name of my health insurer and when I came in for the visit a few days later, they already had taken the time to call my insurer so that everything was taken care of before I even had a procedure!
What a fabulous experience! I have never felt so at easy and calm when chatting with a healthcare professional. SO kind, SMART and understanding. Dr. Kang is so thoughtful and gentle - explained everything - slowly, and in plain English that I could understand and not be terrified. I know that my toothpain will be better after treatment is started.... I am thrilled to have found a dentist so kind and great at what they do! Well done. Highly recommended dentist.
I am very pleased with the outcome of my crown and root canal. Dr. Valentine and the dental technician were both very helpful to me when I was having my tooth prepared. I usually have a terrible time with my jaw and I dislike any shots but during this appointment I didn't have too much trouble. I recommend Dr. Valentine and also the other doctors here and plan to introduce my friends and family to them as well.
