Dr. Firness and his staff are thorough and professional. They are very good at their jobs. My only issue was that I wasn’t planning on getting new glasses and the expense was unexpected. In looking back at my visit I see that Columbia Point Vision Clinic did their jobs well and I should have handled my concerns by speaking up.
This was my second time seeing Dr. Furness and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is kind, extremely knowledgeable and left time for my questions. The staff is helpful and friendly, as well.

They fit me in during emergencies. They treat me with care and compassion. Also they have upgraded equipment that gets me through the exam process more quickly.
