RecommendedI’m very happy with Columbia Point Vision Clinic, they are knowledgeable, professional and polite. A great experience to deal with this clinic, the doctors and their staff. I switched from another vision clinic because although the doctor was great, I got tired of dealing with a staff that was rude and either wasn’t very knowledgeable or just didn’t care to do a good job.
They only will prescribe one brand of contacts. I told them twice that the Alcon brand was not comfortable. It has been 2 months and I still have no good rx for contacts and still waiting for my records that I requested over 3.5 weeks ago.
Staff is friendly and professional. Good atmosphere and I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new eye care facility.
