We had Columbia Pest Control treat our home for ants early this year. They came out and not only treated the outside foundation, but also went under the house and treated in our crawl space, which was probably not a really pleasant experience. We have been with Columbia for 5 years, 3 in our current home and 2 in a previous rental. In all that time there were some small things that happened that bothered me (such as having chemical doused all over my child's toys, my curler box and marring the plastic, scheduling problems and unable to come in a timely manner) but they were not enough to make me leave the company, that is until last week.
