This office does not accept CHPW, after 3 appointments at this location without issue I scheduled my son a health check appointment. An hour before the appointment they call to say they do not accept CHPW and he cannot be seen it’s his secondary insurance and they said it does not matter they do not accept CHPW he will not be seen. Along with that it’s so short notice before the appointment they issued me a no call no show for the appointment for an issue I was not aware of and could not rectify in the time frame. Dr Khurana is fantastic. We have been very happy with our visits for our son. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and greet customers a bit more warmly but they are not bad. Overall a good place.
I originally reviewed this place with 5 starts but have run into so many issues with the front desk staff and the manager that handles bills. The front desk has continually scheduled my kids incorrectly and have had to cancel the day before said appt. When people schedule their weeks around these appts, last minute changes because of their scheduling mistakes can really upend our schedule. Ive been with this pediatrician since my girls were babies and i have never had a problem with them. Michelle and Dora are amazing! They always hear me out. They pay attention to any concerns and the ladies in the front are so welcoming! I really recommend.
Very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. When I called to register my two children, the staff member was impatient, unprofessional, and questioned my personal beliefs in a way that felt inappropriate. Her tone was hostile throughout the call. This was especially surprising since my other two children have previously been seen here without any issues.
