Very unprofessional, disgusting behavior from the staff these nurses . The “nurses” force the vaccine on people and are always in a rush. I had said okay to giving my 2 month old her vaccine then once the assistant came in I asked if it can wait but she had told me she couldn’t because it was expensive. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and attitude at this clinic. Kid’s once-a-year checkup felt completely perfunctory and rushed. Instead of seeing a doctor, I was sent to a nurse who asked a couple of quick questions, barely addressed my concerns, and then simply told me we were fine to leave. The entire experience made me fell like they were going through the motions just to complete the appointment and collect the bill, no processional work and kind of indifferent to kid. Very disappointed with the care my child received. I felt like his symptoms weren’t taken seriously and he didn’t get the attention he needed. I ended up taking him to the ER, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. As a parent, that’s really concerning. I hope this feedback helps improve how situations like this are handled in the future.
This office does not accept CHPW, after 3 appointments at this location without issue I scheduled my son a health check appointment. An hour before the appointment they call to say they do not accept CHPW and he cannot be seen it’s his secondary insurance and they said it does not matter they do not accept CHPW he will not be seen. Along with that it’s so short notice before the appointment they issued me a no call no show for the appointment for an issue I was not aware of and could not rectify in the time frame. Dr Khurana is fantastic. We have been very happy with our visits for our son. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and greet customers a bit more warmly but they are not bad. Overall a good place.
