We were discharged as patients because they didn’t listen to their voice messages after they come back from lunch to acknowledge our cancellation. Very disappointed. I thought they’d be a great fit for our family.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with how this clinic, specifically Denise Philips, ARNP handled my non verbal and autistic 5 year old brother’s very first appointment. He was so excited to go to his appointment and meet his new provider. Due to an unexpected accident on the road and GPS rerouting us, we ended up being 15 minutes late, something completely out of our control. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to see him.
