What a great experience ever time I come to Coltons steak house in Rolla Mo. I didn’t have to wait Hartley at all as they have expanded the building. The service was spectacular, the food was wonderful. I’m sure the locals all know about how great it is, but if your traveling through Rolla you won’t be sorry going here.
Staff seated a large table who hadn’t been waiting nearly as long as our much smaller party. Management had no reason for this.
Thank you for making our celebration amazing! Niki and the staff made our party a success. Food was great, fantastic service, and the new event space was great !! Love those huge TV screens.
Since the remodel they don't seem to have enough tables to seat more than 4 people at a time and there are big waits when the parking lot is half empty. There were never waits like that before. We went in today at 1:00 and the greeter was rude saying there was a 10 minute wait for 5 if we were lucky. And they consider 5 a big table.
One of the highlights of our trip! We got here 8 minutes before they were closing and still sat us down and treated us to the best steaks we’ve had on our cross country journey. The bartender was phenomenal and the entire staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely a diamond in the rough. We’ll stop in Rolla again just to eat at Colton’s

Newly renovated so very clean! Tasty smoked sirloin and steamed veggies. Brandon was an excellent, attentive and friendly server!
I have food allergies. Our waitress and the manager were great to work with me on my order so that I could eat food with no grains, dairy or sugar.
