I was charged 50$ for an assessment on a used chainsaw. It would have been 300$ to fix it which is more than a new chainsaw. So in the hole 50$ and a broken chain saw. My next time dealing with them, they sold me 300$ worth of parts for a saw they gave back to me and I was able to use it twice and the engine froze. After much discussion they sold me a new saw paid in full and kept my old saw to make money of of that leaving me 750$ in the hole. Count your fingers before dealing with these people!!!
