The racist incident that recently occurred on your campus should never have been allowed to happen. But since it did, you should be offering those two boys full rides, not just a VIP campus tour. This should be your chance to redeem yourself and support and celebrate diversity within your campus. As an institute of higher learning you need to do better.
Why didn’t CSU arrest that mother for abuse of 911 ?
The moment you condone racial profiling against minorities and people of color, in this case native Americans, you become an institution compromised by hate and intolerance, and unsafe space for students period.....shame on you...
Disappointed. The boys should be offered full ride scholarships after how They were treated! Don't belong? I will tell you who does not belong ...a lady that can snub off some one she does not know. Who does not belong? How about this land once belonged to Indians. Who would you want to be a part of your school?
I don't blame the family of the Native Students for not getting back to you. I wouldn't either. It isn't very sincere to say well we tried. These students deserved better. I think the lady who called the police on these children should not be allowed back on campus.
