That this institution gave in to the stupid woman who felt “nervous” makes me wonder about the quality of the eduction there. For shame.
It’s disheartening that your school allowed two students to be pulled off the tour and harassed by police due to the lies of a racist woman. Way to welcome potential new students to your campus. After the incident with the two young native Americans, I am extremely disappointed with your institution and hopefully your prejudice towards other ethnic groups meets 2018 criteria.
Why is CSU protecting the woman who called the police on the Native American boys? Your actions are showing solidarity with her prejudice causing any statement you put forth about equality invalid. Divulge her identity and save having to go through a FOIA request.
I was so disgusted to read that the instinctive reaction of the school police was to seperate the young men from the tour, embarrass them, question them and then cut them loose, knowing that they had missed the tour. Why CSU protecting the mother who called out those two New Mexican teenage boys during the campus tour? The mother should be held liable, and CSU should release the name of the parent! Unless they gave the name of that racist ignorant mother, CSU will still be blamed for this. Those teenagers will be forever traumatized because of that racist bigotry parent and CSU does nothing about this, instead the university is protecting her. Shame on you CSU!
Racially detained and harassed two non white males on a campus admissions tour. Simply because a racist parent complained about their presence.
Total bullshit the way this school treated the two Native Americans trying to attend a tour. Will never attend this school or consider it for my two daughters
