I was at CSU participating in the Fast and Furriest 5K with my sister and her dog. We all had a good time.

I went to CSU a long time ago and was back for a college tour for my son. I have to say, this is not your mother's CSU. Great facilities and programs.

We were invited by the Arnold Air Society Wing of the Airforce ROTC DET90 at CSU for a commemorative 5k Run to Remember in honor of our son Ben who was a member of the AAS and graduated and commissioned to the Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant in May 2014. Ben passed away 16Dec2015 and the Detachment and the Air Force has been so supportive throughout it all. We love this organization and the leaders in this group. We just finished a self guided visit with our daughter. We did not have time to do an in-depth guided tour. She really liked the layout of the campus, the laid back vibe, the rec center, intramural field and the honors dorms. We will return this Summer to see if the international relations program meets her expectations.
Official college visit this week for my daughter Kaitlyn. We are impressed with the response of the university for all areas, from Walter Scott Engineering and biomedical & chemical engineering, honors college and housing. We are comparing CSU with other prestigious engineering schools, and I feel comfortable if my daughter chooses this beautiful out of state school. She said half way through our thorough 2 day visit, "People here are genuinely nice."
Beautiful campus, excellent people. I really wish I had gone here.
