Where does it say you don't do transfers on Saturdays??? Wasted a lot of time heading there today to transfer a gun only to be told you don't do it on Saturdays because you are too busy selling guns. I counted 6 people working just hanging out and only 3 other non-employees in the store. I guess customer service isn't a feature there... won't be coming back, nor will the guy who was buying my gun, nor any of his squadron members.

We were limiting it to only Sunday thru Thursday do to the high traffic days during the holidays but those months have come and gone. Again we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced here sir. If there's anything we can do to make it up please let us know.

When i built my ar, i had tons of questions and these guys were always helpful. Really friendly, knowledgeable and they have always been able to answer my questions. I recommend them to my friends here in colo spgs. One of the few select places i get parts.

I'm a novice when it comes to firearms. Just bought my first from colorado springs guns and ammo, I had so many questions and kept going between several pistols. The salesmen we great and really patient. Alai very honest. Will come back when I'm wanting to get another one. Also, for people who were not greeted, it's pretty easy to just say hello and grab their attention when you need help!
Awesome place to buy, shop or just hang out. Really friendly folks, let you handle the merchandise without getting butt hurt. Very knowledgeable too! I also like that there is a armor (gun smith) on site. Buy parts and they put them together for you while you wait! I really like the way the arms are displayed too. check it out, you'll be glad you did!

Great customer service from the team working here. I've completed many FFL transfers in Colorado over the years with other gun shops. What I experienced today at Colorado Springs Guns & Ammo was by far the best. They have me as a new customer. Awesome local gun store with good selection and knowledge professional staff.
