I would give ZERO STARS to this embarrassment of a business. On June 10th 2018 my sister (who resides in India) placed an order for flowers to be delivered to me. I live in Conifer, CO. The flowers were to be delivered to me on June 11th. The occassion - my husband & my 20th Wedding Anniversary. Bottom line, the flowers WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I wish i could give them negative stars... I ordered for a same day delivery for a surprise and they never reached their destination. I called multiple times for updates on delivery, and kept getting a 24 hour consultancy for the flower shop, they said they would put the request through, for a call back and still haven't gotten anything. I decided to go to the shop myself after work and try to talk to some there, but they were closed at 3:30. WORST PLACE EVER. ANY where else would be better than this shop.
I submitted my order online for my girlfriend to receive the flowers on same day delivery. I picked this business because I am currently overseas in afganistan and this shop delivers. I spent a little over $50 on these flowers , and they not only arrived a day late , they were not the flowers I had ordered , and lookes as if they had been thrown together last minute. After emailing the customer support they told me they would provide a free upgrade on the flowers and deliver them on the following Monday .I accepted this beca... read more
