I have had 3 surgeries here and the professionalism and skill levels of the doctors and the staff is stellar. I have recommended this office to every person that I hear needs their type of expertise. 3 of my family members have had excellent results here. And I know other families that swear by them and they are in the medical field as is my family. Forget that person that had to be postponed until the next Thursday. Things happen in life but GREAT things happen at the Center For Orthopedic Excellence.
Dr. Karl Larsen is a very nice man and a great surgeon. I had complete trust in him when I had my surgeries.
I would recommend this place to family and friends. The staff was awesome and Dr. Javernick was so kind and informed us what's going on in words we could understand. The wait time was impressive. Dr. Javernick come in very quickly. The only thing was the elevator was out of order so my husband had a hard time getting up the stairs. Thank you all for such great and friendly service!
The staff here is the worst. I had surgery on my foot on a Friday and the doctor wanted a follow up on Tuesday they could not get me in until Thursday I showed up for my appointment on Thursday and they had no record of my appointment. So they had to squeeze me in and acted like they where doing me a favor if you have a choice go some where else, ran if you can
Dr Shank is awesome and always so polite . Love this office have been going to Dr Shank for years!!! Do not care for Dr McFadden would not go to him again! Have seen Dr Purcell he is great !
Thank you, Dr. Shank and staff! From beginning to end, emergency surgery for a broken ankle was the best it could be, considering the circumtances. Consult was yesterday, surgery was today. I am so grateful!
