My husband has had three different surgeries here. We have always been treated well and the staff has been cordial and efficient. The work done by the surgeons (3 different surgeons) has been of the highest quality, which is why we travel over 200 miles for their services. I would give them the highest recommendation.

The Dr's are great!!!!!! Dr Purcell is great as well, and very attentive!
My son was injured while playing high school football. Two weeks after the initial injury he had a CT, and the same day he was referred to Dr. Percell because it showed he had a fractured knee cap. They did some initial intake questions but called the next morning and offered an appointment that afternoon. We only waited a few minutes before being taken back and maybe waited a few more before the doctor came into the exam room. Thankfully, surgery wasn't recommended. The front desk people are horrible, have never waited less than 45 minutes, usually over an hour and if you ask for updates they treat you like a second class citizen that is interfering with their gossip and chit chat. I check in early so I can go to physical therapy, the young red head tells me not to leave, so I miss my therapy appointment, get seen an hour later, less than 5 minutes so over an hour and a half late to physical therapy so of course I am done late.
