I saw Dr. Crowther at Colorado Center of Orthopaedic Excellence. The process was streamlined and prompt. I was taken to a room within minutes of my arrival, taken for x-rays minutes after that and Dr. Crowther saw me just a few minutes later. Every staff member was polite and friendly. Dr. Crowther was professional and personable. He ordered physical therapy and a MRI, both of which appointments were set up before the end of the day for just a few days out. My appt was kept for the time I was scheduled for. I didn't languish in a waiting room or in the patient room. The rays were taken quickly by a friendly professional. The doctor (Purcell) showed me the details of my xrays, wrote down my options while explaining each and listened to my questions and my story about a previous orthopedic office. He listened, and replied with true concern. My visit was a positive experience!

Dr. Crowther is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He is prompt and professional. When he says he’ll call you he will. He researches every aspect of treatment options and presents them in a manner that the patient can understand. The office staff is professional as well. They are prompt and courteous. I have never waited more 5 minutes in the waiting room. 5 stars for this doctor and office staff!
