I had one of those shoulder conditions that no one wants to experience; complete tears of two of the rotator cuff muscles and another partially torn. after 6 weeks in an immobilizer I was allowed to start moving my arm on my own. Good luck with that. From the get go, even before the 6 weeks was up, Joel was my gentle giant, my Godsend. This team of docs and PA’s gave me my life back as an aging athlete. Both shoulders replaced and damaged knee repaired. I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy in particular. Over the past few years Jeremy has been my go to guy to keep me in the gym and training through some aches and pains. He understands athletes, young, or not so young like me, and supports me and my love of training, but within the guidelines he sets for me now. Wonderful, caring people.

I went to see Dr. Martyak yesterday with pain in both of my hands. After looking at my x-rays he gave me a shot in my left hand and did some exercises with my right hand which was the one hurting badly. Today I’m amazed of how different both of my hands are feeling. I don’t feel any pain at all in my right hand and very little discomfort in my left. He also prescribed some therapy which I will start next week. Thank you Dr. Martyak for your help in making me feel much better today.

I worked with Marie, she is very knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and knows exactly when to push you a little further without going too far. I have nearly full use my hand that was crushed last year, thanks to Dr. Larsen's excellent surgical skills and Marie's talents as a physical therapist.

Dr Karl Larson is a gifted hand surgeon who is a good listener as well as an excellent surgeon. Before surgery I was unable to make a fist or even hold my knitting needles. Now after surgery I am without any pain or burning in my hands and the knitting needles are flying again. Dr Larson is the best!
