Best functional training and cardio space downtown. I don't do classes but my wife loves the yoga and barre. Sauna is always clean and hot. Smoothies are great too. Great Club.....best I've seen in Denver for sure!!
The club is beautiful, staff is friendly and is a great place to workout.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean. I enjoy the fact that they have a lot of differnt free weights, machines, and none traditional exercise equipment that meet my needs and change up my routine. I have made a lot of progress with my muscle building since I have been with the CAC at Union Station. I recommend them to all of my friends.
The facilities are clean, it's not overly crowded, and the staff is very friendly!
Great atmosphere strong staff and amazing views overlooking 16th street from the Balcony plenty of room for yoga or just a cup o coffee.. and the swimming pools are Olympic grade and locker rooms are so top notch
