Pretty upsetting the promotions promised for bringing in friends to sign up were never honored. Further was pretty disgusted as to how the issue was handled when ending my membership. The resolution offered was to have a food credit for a gym I was no longer going to go to. I was told that it was my fault for not following up on my credit and that they shouldn't be responsible for their own housekeeping. Will never again join their clubs which for less money you can find gyms with just as much equipment and offerings.

This review is directed towards Caitlin McGowan, Sales Manager. Was working with Tyler for weeks trying to get my membership canceled while being across the country due to work relocation and could not get anywhere. When I asked if I could speak to a manager, he said that I could get in touch with his boss, Caitlin. Left numerous messages with the front desk, voicemails and emails with no response. This gym is a rip off!. The customer service and accounting department should be investigated by the BBB. I called over a month ago to cancel my membership due to losing my job and was told on the phone by the accounting rep that it was taken care of. 37 days later they AGAIN took dues out of my account and when I called to find out why the rep was condescending and out right rude. I haven't stepped foot in this gym in over a month and am still getting charged! AND I was told not only by the front desk, but also the account ... read more
My favorite class is with @caleb HRT PEAKS Wednesday at 12:30! Love the boxing station and kettle bells!
HRT Peaks is one of my favorite classes because of the high intensity. Definitely worth going to for a great 45 min class!
HRT Peaks is the best! Love coming here on my lunch break everyday!
