I was a member for 5 years. I've never belonged to a gym where 'management' and the financial department have been so complacent. When I was over-billed for 3 months in a row, the financial department was INCREDIBLY rude to me, and even hung up the phone on me...as if it was my problem. Impressive customer service. This behavior, in combination with the poorly maintained equipment, and lack-luster class schedule is what led me to move on.
