LOVE LOVE LOVE CAC Boulder. The old management was great, having moved away and visiting again - I see palpable changes to the club vibe. Erin, you're rocking it! Staff is upbeat, helpful and everything is spotless.

Don’t pay new employees when they say they will and then still don’t get the amount of their paychecks correct!

I’m a member and have been for years. They keep increasing our dues but are really bad at maintaining their equipment.
Horrible customer service! We came all the way from Denmark to visit and went there with a friend to the pool. Womderful facilities, the most HORRIBLE customer service. Our friend is a member and she forgot her 3 day pass and was asked to pay for the guests and we could not borrow goggles even though staff from cafe said they have plenty and before people were able to borrow. The facilities are wonderful, the customer service is usually amazing. The indoor and outdoor pool are both saline and the equipment is really nice. Nice hot tub and both wet and dry sauna in the ladies room.
