Poor upkeep. Outdated and broken equipment. Chronic issues with maintenance and sanitation. A deteriorating club. They allow a swim team to take all lanes from 4:30-6:30 (prime member swim hours) and Mon/Wed/Fri from 12-1:15 (also prime work out hours). They are shoving as many people as they can into the club with horrible customer service and retention. I wish there was compensation.
RecommendedI I have been a member of the gym since 2011. but lately it is very deteriorated. The children's pool does not work since Wednesday and they still do not repair it. We are in summer and all the kids want to swim. clean towels sometimes is difficult to get one, lately it's very dirty, the pool section need an upgrade and the staff at the pool is very rude.
Not a very friendly place. The corporate ownership is difficult to deal with. Read the contract carefully! They are into their "rules" and in fact the rules are more important to them than the people.
Member since 2012 and cancelled yesterday. Their 30 day notice of cancellation policy is a joke and they should be ashamed... way to encourage former members to renew up at a later date... scoring some major brownie points there. Aside from my dissatisfaction with wellbridge policies, 29th street is maintained about as well as a frat house... restroom facilities are constantly broken and repairs take days if not weeks, men’s locker floor is continually flooded, weight equipment breaks and is slow to get fixed, pool furniture... read more

CAC Boulder is more than a gym; it is a community. I love the fact they have something for everyone!
This is an extraordary environment to work out in with top quality equipment. Its clean and the staff is friendly. The only negative is that their choice of music is very poor. Tacky noise that is disruptive to an elegant environment and workout experience. Please staff, turn it down, off or choose music, not background noise. Thank you.
