Came to Hawaii on vacation to visit family. There were 5 of us getting taken care of and the staff was amazing. They were amazing with the 3 children with us and didn’t compromise on quality and service, despite the difficulties that come with young clients. The staff was friendly, courteous and extremely patient. They listened to our needs and catered to our wants. As a client I cannot ask for more from a salon, coffee, smiles and tons of patience while deliver quality service. Will definitely do again!
Absolutely loved our experience!!! Brought my kids and sister for a pamper session and came out feeling like a million bucks!!! Thank you Adrienne for providing a safe and friendly environment for my babies and I to feel pretty!!!
Jullez did mine and my toddlers hairs. My hair has always been hard to manage since it’s so thick and corse. She did a great job with a shoulder length bob and even gave it shape in the front making my face not as round. She was also very patient with my 3 year old. Definitely will be coming again!!
Overdue review for this salon and wish I could give a -0 stars. I wanted to spare any other potential customers from the worst experience my daughter had. She goes to school on the mainland and every break, when she comes home she requests for me to book her a hair appointment. Since we moved to the West side and have had one awesome experience here, I decided t book her a Hair Color Balance & Hair cut.
