Maintenance sucks here they turn off the emergency line phones after 5pm depending who is working and weekends it’s off completely. I’ve said something about this multiple times and they’re not held accountable. The last issue they left tissues pieces all over my bathroom and hallway leading to living room after my bathroom having backed up sewer issues that were fixed till after the weekend. I’ve had a few hiccups upon moving in, but both Amauri and Brandis have been understanding and kind as I told them everything I needed. I appreciate the quick response time with my maintenance issues from the maintenance staff who were professional and helpful. Overall I’m happy with my place and the staff, the missing star was for the issues I had that are fixed now…
When the office was ran by Laraya she took an interest in her tenants being satisfied. Havent really had any major issues and the one time I do this new management team don't care and is not understanding enough to fix the issue but they wouldn't deal with it if it was them.
I recently visited Colony townhomes just looking for some information as a first-time renter, and I was so impressed with Brandis, the assistant manager! She was incredibly sweet and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. Brandis provided so much helpful information, and she made the whole process feel much less daunting. When I'm ready to move, I will absolutely want to work with her. Highly recommend checking out Colony townhomes!
