Colony Roofing and Exteriors replaced a shingle roof and patio cover that had been destroyed by hail. They showed up on time, performed the work in a professional manner, and completed the job within two days each roof. They also provided a painter to paint the patio frame. All decking and facia was replaced as needed. They covered the pool to prevent debris falling in and cleaned up all trash and debris. Colony handled all the insurance paperwork. Steve responded quickly to my request for a quote to replace my 20+ year old gutters and repair/replace the facia board damage underneath. The pricing was straightforward and fair. His crews were efficient, did good work, and left the area clean. Final cost was exactly as per the estimate. Straightforward, no surprises, good work. Would certainly recommend.

This was my second time to utilize Colony Roofing to replace my roof. First roof was years ago and when second roof job was needed, I pulled out my paperwork to contact them again. It's nice to have trustworthy provider who does quality work and who is dependable . The roof was done in one day. The crew was on time and finished all in the day. Clean-up was incredible. i didn't find any remnants in the yard after they finished. Nice working with such reliable, quality company.
