Steve responded quickly to my request for a quote to replace my 20+ year old gutters and repair/replace the facia board damage underneath. The pricing was straightforward and fair. His crews were efficient, did good work, and left the area clean. Final cost was exactly as per the estimate. Straightforward, no surprises, good work. Would certainly recommend.

This was my second time to utilize Colony Roofing to replace my roof. First roof was years ago and when second roof job was needed, I pulled out my paperwork to contact them again. It's nice to have trustworthy provider who does quality work and who is dependable . The roof was done in one day. The crew was on time and finished all in the day. Clean-up was incredible. i didn't find any remnants in the yard after they finished. Nice working with such reliable, quality company.

Quality work at a great price. Replaced a 20 year old roof and repaired some roof rot and trim rot. Not only would I recommend them, I have recommended them. Chose them after researching and interviewing multiple roofing companies. I am very happy with their work.

We contracted with Colony Roofing to replace our roof, patio cover, gutters, screens and window beading following a significant hail storm in May, 2019. Steve was thorough in his assessment of the damage, met my insurance adjuster at my home and walked through the damage and proposed project. He managed my expectations throughout the entire project. Completely professional. Steve was helpful in every step of the way. He responded quickly with a estimate of work to be done and clearly explained each step of the process. After his reasonable bid was accepted he quickly put his crew to work, appearing several times during the day, to supervise. The job, with cleanup, was completed in one day. I addition, Steve helped to request the veteran's discount offered by GAF, the supplier of the excellent products used.
