I got four quotes to replace my roof and Colony wasn't the highest or the lowest, but I picked them because of their long history of quality work. They are BBB accredited and the team they sent out to replace my roof was both knowledgeable and efficient. They split up and each one knew their job and they got after it. Both Steve and his son stopped by during the day and provided updates on how things were going. We had a leak in the roof and a resulting dark spot on the ceiling. Steve and his crew at Colony Roofing did a great job at repairing both! They were prompt and professional and kept the lines of communication open during the process. He offers quality work at a fair price. I would recommend them.

Colony Roofing & Exteriors replaced 11 windows on my 2-story house: 7 upstairs and 4 downstairs. The windows were delivered the day before, and a four-man crew performed the installation in less than a day. I've had windows replaced before by another company, and this crew was far superior in their workmanship and their ability to keep my house as clean as possible throughout the process. We have a 2 story house with a detached garage. Colony Roofing did a great job installing our new roof. It took two days. The materials were delivered the day before. Everyone in the crew had a job and each knew what they were doing. Once they got here, everyone go to work doing their job and the roof was installed efficiently. Steven was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns (a new roof is a big expenditure after all) and provided us with suggestions on the best course of action based on his experience and the particulars of our house. Colony Roofing did an amazing job for me! I did not even know I needed a new roof until I saw water spots on a bathroom ceiling and called Steve to check it out! The previous roof was supposed to be a 30-yr roof and was on my house only 13 years, but the shingles were degraded terribly. Steve helped me through the claim process with GAF and when that was approved, his men did a magnificent job putting the roof on my house in one day! Steve and the Colony Roofing & Exterior team installed a new roof, made repairs to the facia, soffit, siding and painted the house exterior. The work was done in a timely manner with quality craftmanship and devoted attention to details. I would call them again for any exterior home repairs or changes. Overall a 5 star job!
