Colony Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very professional and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Their price was very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Colony Roofing & Exterior did a great job putting a new roof on our one story house. Steven was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns (a new roof is a big expenditure after all) and provided us with suggestions on the best course of action based on his experience and the particulars of our house. Their pricing was competitive. The crew was on time and efficient – they covered all the surrounding lawn, shrubs, and A/C unit with tarp and when necessary they also covered windows with plywood. Colony Roofing did an amazing job for me! I did not even know I needed a new roof until I saw water spots on a bathroom ceiling and called Steve to check it out! The previous roof was supposed to be a 30-yr roof and was on my house only 13 years, but the shingles were degraded terribly. Steve helped me through the claim process with GAF and when that was approved, his men did a magnificent job putting the roof on my house in one day! Steve and the Colony Roofing & Exterior team installed a new roof, made repairs to the facia, soffit, siding and painted the house exterior. The work was done in a timely manner with quality craftmanship and devoted attention to details. I would call them again for any exterior home repairs or changes. Overall a 5 star job!

Colony Roofing and Exteriors replaced a shingle roof and patio cover that had been destroyed by hail. They showed up on time, performed the work in a professional manner, and completed the job within two days each roof. They also provided a painter to paint the patio frame. All decking and facia was replaced as needed. They covered the pool to prevent debris falling in and cleaned up all trash and debris. Colony handled all the insurance paperwork.
