This is the second time I’ve used this company. The first time was after Hurricane Ike. Steve and his roofing teams were even better than the first time I used them. Each member had a responsibility and carried it out with expert precision and demonstrated care for my property. Pricing was well in line with other roofing companies. I’ll be using this company again for other home upgrades.

Steve ******was referred to me by a very satisfied (and picky!!) former customer and friend whom I trust. I got four quotes and Steve came in the lowest. However, it wasn’t the price that sold me, so much as Steve’s presentation. He sat down with me and explained every part of the job to my satisfaction. Very pleased with Colony Roofing and Exteriors. It was nice dealing with professionals. All work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Prior to the new shingles being installed, all work to be done was described verbally and again in writing prior to signing an agreement. Materials and workers showed up exactly on time. I thought the price quoted for the work was reasonable and there were no added expenses. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with Colony Roofing again.

We received three quotes for our roof replacement. In addition to having the best price Steve seemed to be more knowledgeable then the other companies I spoke with. We live in Jersey Village which requires a permit. Colony obtained the permit, and completed our home in the time frame they promised. They filed our manufacturers warranty and we were notified within a few days of completion that the warranty had been filed. We are very happy with their work and would certainly recommend them.
