The tour was very well-organized and informative. I appreciated the time and effort that Lawrence Gilmore put into showing me the property and answering my questions. He was very professional, responsive , and thorough.
No traces of the rental office. They send automated invitations to the tours but no office or live person when you arrive. All locked. No communication devices, no signboards. Dead place.
I lived on this property for about 3 years, its quiet, clean, and no problems. Ms. Willams was a great property manager, and the maintenance guys are very professional. If this property had 2 bedrooms I would have stayed. They keep property clean, grass cut and more. Loved this place.
I’ve been living at The Colonnade Apartments for going on 4 years. I absolutely love my apartment. The walls are thick, maintenance requests are answered right on the spot, hard wood floors, all utilities included, the apartments are spacious, the lawn and outside is kept up very neatly.
